I thought I would start things off by giving an overview of the last couple of months development work that has been going on with Astute.
New Contracts
We have signed a National Purchase Agreement with Dalkia, a Facilities Management company. Check out their website at www.dalkia.co.uk .We are acting as part of their TFS (Total Facilities Solution) and should see a number of shopping centres added to our portfolio over the next year.
We have started securing a business centre in Runcorn for Mc Alpines and all is going well.
Current Contracts
We have recently conducted a round of reviews with our clients and all without exception have reported back positively. Great work from all you guys on the ground
Operational Development Work
We currently working on:
- An update on the know your job training
- A new contract review process
- A ‘top guard’ prize
